Terms of Service.
Engagement, intellectual property and acceptable use terms for working with Diridit Technologies and using its software.
1. Intellectual Property
Diridit Technologies retains all rights, title and interest in its software, source code, designs and documentation. Any rights granted to a partner are defined in a separate written partnership or engagement agreement — this page does not by itself grant a licence to any Diridit software.
2. No Warranty; Operational Responsibility
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, software, content and services provided by Diridit are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Partners are responsible for operating their own business, validating outputs, and keeping appropriate human oversight in place where automation is used.
3. Engineering & Change Management
Engineering work on Diridit software is delivered through Napanbe IT as the engineering studio of Diridit Technologies. Changes to integrations, data flows or custom modules should be coordinated through Diridit / Napanbe IT to keep deployments consistent and supportable.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Diridit Technologies’ place of operation in Türkiye / Northern Cyprus. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith private discussion, and otherwise referred to the competent local courts at Diridit’s registered location.
